If customers are giving reviews of your products, it will help you to improve your service as well as attract other customers also.
For that You have to allow customers to add reviews on Shopify products, so today we are going to learn
How to add customer review section on the Shopify product page
For adding the customer reviews form or Shopify product reviews customization, Shopify doesn’t provide anything ready to use option, you need to add the Shopify app to your theme and the app will be available to use.
Step 1 – Login into the Shopify store admin center using your owner or administrator account because you have to add some features to the store.
Step 2 – Click on “Apps” in the left navigation and in the “Type to find apps” search reviews app in the search bar and click on “Search for reviews” in the Shopify app store link (Refer to the below image), and it will take you to another web link Shopify app store.
Step 3 – in the Shopify app store you will find many review apps with ratings, based on the ratings and customer reviews you can select the app and add it to your store.
in my case, I have added the “Judge.me product reviews” app, it has a 5-star rating with a free plan available, you can add this review app into the Dawn theme to make it available on the product pages. (Refer to the below image).
Step 4 – Click on the “Judge.me” and click on the “Add app” button. You can see the store demo with reviews, configuration video, detailed description, key features, and pricing of this app every detail (Refer to the below image).
Step 5 – After installing the App, you will get the option to set up the Product Review app in your store. you can explore the app features, you can manage all the reviews, and the status of the reviews, set up the email template, and other settings, and pairing of this app (Refer to the below image).
Step 6 – After setting up the Reviews app, click on the “Online Store“, Theme and click on the “Customize” button (Refer to the below image).
Step 7 – in the theme settings select the page where you want to add a reviews section, in my case I want to add the products, and navigate to the page from the drop-down (Refer to the below image).
Step 8 – in the products page, click on Add a new section under the template search for “Reviews” and select the appropriate review section as per your requirement, you can adjust it up and down.
in my case, I have selected “Reviews Text”, you can add a star rating, Badge, and many more options available in this app (Refer to the below image).
Step 9 – After selecting the Reviews section, you can adjust or move it and click on the “Save” button (Refer to the below image).
