After clicking on the “Add Theme” button, it will take 2-3 mins time to configure and it will give you the “Publish” button for the final implementation of this theme to your Shopify site (Refer to the below image)

Once you will click on the “Publish” button, you will see a final popup window to confirm if you want to replace the current theme with the new one, now click on the “Publish” button once again (Refer to the below image)
