Step 2. After login into the Shopify store, you will see the admin panel of the store, click on “Settings”, and you will find this option at the left bottom side (follow the below image).

Step 3 After clicking on the “settings” button, you will see the store details panel (Refer to Below Image), then click on the “Users and Permissions” link on the left as highlighted in the below image.

Step 4 After clicking on the “User and Permission” link, you will see another window (Refer to the below image), then click on the “Add Staff” button.

Step 5 After clicking on the “Add Staff” button, you will see the section to add the user’s details like first name, last name, email id, and user permission type (Refer to the below image). Make sure you enter the correct email address of the user because Shopify will send the email for user verification. Select the user permission type as per their role and click the “Send Invite” button (top right corner or bottom)

Step 6 Once you are filled in the details in the form, click on the “Send Invite” button(Refer to the below image). It will send an email to the user to create his/her account in your store.

Step 7 Once you will send the invite to the user, you will see the Invitation sent confirmation message (Refer to the below image).

And I clicked on “Ajeet Sharma”, scroll down the popup window and go to the bottom of the page and click on the “Remove Ajeet Sharma” red button, now it will ask you for the store password for the final confirmation to remove the staff member from the Shopify store.
